Volunteers Fuel Our Organization

What if I told you that 20 hours a month of your expertise could help build a million-dollar global foundation that transforms how the world supports trafficking survivors?

My name is Bianca Modo. Twenty years ago, I was a survivor of sexual, emotional, and physical abuse. I carried shame, trauma, and a story I thought would forever define my limitations. Today, I hold an MBA in Luxury and Fashion Management from Paris, an MSc in International Marketing, and I'm the CEO of both a successful consulting firm and the Bianca Modo Foundation.

But here's what matters most: I'm living proof that survivors don't just heal—we lead.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS

Join a Movement That Changes Everything

Transform Lives. Build Your Legacy. Create Global Impact.

The Reality We're Fighting

Right now, as you read this:

  • 27.6 million people are trapped in modern slavery worldwide

  • 1 in 4 victims are children, with girls making up 71% of all trafficking victims

  • In the United States, 83% of trafficking victims are US citizens

  • The average age of entry into trafficking is 12-14 years old

  • Less than 1% of victims are ever identified and rescued

But here's what breaks my heart most: After rescue, fewer than 3% of survivors receive the comprehensive support needed to not just survive, but thrive.

That's where you come in.

Your Expertise + Our Mission = Global Transformation

The Bianca Modo Foundation isn't just another nonprofit. We're building the first survivor-led global movement that transforms victims into leaders, leaders into changemakers, and changemakers into the voices that prevent trafficking before it happens.

Our audacious goal? Build a $1 million foundation by 2028 that impacts 10,000+ lives annually and becomes the global model for survivor empowerment.

And we can't do it without you.

We're Looking for Extraordinary People Like You

Are you a recently retired professional who built something amazing?

Your decades of experience, your network, your wisdom—imagine channeling all of that into work that literally saves lives. You've earned your success. Now help us build something that outlasts us all.

Are you a graduate student or advanced undergrad ready to change the world?

Your fresh perspective, your energy, your willingness to innovate—we need that fire. Plus, imagine having real-world experience building a global organization on your resume before you even graduate.

Are you or someone you love a survivor?

You understand. You know why this matters. You've seen the gap between rescue and true empowerment. Help us close it forever.

What we're NOT looking for: People who want to "help the less fortunate."

What we ARE looking for: Partners who understand that survivors are the strongest people you'll ever meet—and that supporting them isn't charity, it's investment in the future leaders of our world.
